Security
Built for authorized access, not public lookup.
SubdiGate deals with vehicle and visitor records. We describe how the product is designed to be used — without claiming certifications we do not hold.
Data protection
Vehicle and visitor records are stored for authorized community and facility use. Access is authenticated. We do not treat gate history as public information.
Access control
Users sign in to the applications they are provisioned for. The guard app and the administrator dashboard are separate experiences with different jobs.
User permissions
Access is scoped to one community or facility (a tenant) and to the user’s role. Guards record activity at assigned gates. Administrators review history for that tenant. Visitors and the public cannot look up personal or vehicle records.
Auditability
Gate events are recorded with time, gate, direction, and related vehicle information so authorized administrators can reconstruct activity.
Backup and reliability
The service runs on standard cloud infrastructure. We do not publish uptime percentages or disaster-recovery certifications that are not independently documented.
Infrastructure overview
SubdiGate is a cloud-hosted SaaS product. The current architecture uses managed identity, APIs, and a web/admin dashboard alongside an Android guard app.
Data retention philosophy
Communities should keep records only as long as they need them for operations and legitimate review. Retention controls belong in the product settings, not as an unlimited public archive.
SubdiGate does not currently claim ISO certification, SOC 2, GDPR compliance, specific encryption certifications, or guaranteed uptime.
