Vehicle Monitoring
Guards record IN and OUT activity as vehicles pass the gate. Each event is stored with the plate, direction, time, and gate — so administrators can review what happened without paging through a paper logbook.
Visitor Management
When a visitor arrives, the guard can record the visit and, when appropriate, associate it with a resident or member. That keeps guest activity searchable alongside registered vehicles.
Gate Activity
Every confirmed scan becomes a digital gate record. Administrators can review live activity and look back through history without reconstructing events from handwritten notes.
Vehicle History
Look up a plate and see prior entries and exits. History is tied to the vehicle record so investigations take minutes instead of hours.
Guard Experience
Guards use an Android phone or tablet at the gate. The flow is built for speed: identify the vehicle, confirm direction, record the event. Offline queuing keeps work moving if the connection drops, then syncs when it returns.
Administrator Visibility
HOA and facility administrators get a live view of gate activity, plus search, reports, and exports. Access is limited to authorized users for that community.
Multiple-Gate Scalability
Plans are organized around how many gates and devices you operate. The same product model supports a single entrance today and additional gates as you expand. Exact limits depend on the plan you choose.
