How it works
From the gate to searchable history.
Exact workflow depends on the deployed configuration. The sequence below is the typical path.
01
Vehicle arrives
A resident, visitor, or other vehicle approaches the gate.
02
Vehicle or plate identified
The guard uses an Android device to identify the plate. Identification happens on the device — not through a required camera network.
03
SubdiGate checks available records
The platform looks up registered vehicles and relevant visitor information for that community.
04
Guard reviews information
The guard confirms or corrects the plate, chooses IN or OUT, and continues the existing security process.
05
Entry or exit recorded
The event is stored as a digital gate record, including when connectivity returns after an offline queue.
06
Administrator can review history
Authorized administrators search plates, review live activity, and export reports on supported plans.
